COVERED SERVICES (Benefits Limits)
Service to Members. JNC shall provide the following (Service) to JNC members, account holders:

Moving traffic violation(s) (speeding only) up to three during service agreement.
Seat belt violation(s) up to three during service agreement.
Driver's School (speeding only) up to three during service agreement. Applies only with a moving traffic violation.

SERVICES NOT COVERED
DUI/DWI
Reckless homicide, driving and conduct
A felony offense
Leaving the scene of the accident
Perjury
Drag Racing
Auto theft
Aggravated fleeing the police
Running a red light(s)
Exceeding the speed limit while in Construction Zone(s)
While driving on a motorcycle
Parking Fine(s)
Photo Speeding Enforcement

SERVICE AGREEMENT

I represent and warrant that I have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and that I am at least 18-years old. I understand I will be enrolled in JNC and to utilize JNC services for a period of a minimum of 12 months and to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. I understand that JNC service will become active 72 hours after purchase and no service for  a ticket payment will be honored for any ticket(s) a member has received before  or within the 72 hour time period. I will receive a membership welcome packet from JNC containing various pieces of information on the company and confirmation of participation in JNC membership incentives program. All members eligible for JNC membership incentive program must have an active account at the time of such use.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the full extent permissible under applicable law, JNC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of inability to use JNC services. Member(s) acknowledges that speeding and unlawful acts are of such nature other than by reason of negligence of JNC. Subject only to warranties expressly set forth herein, JNC its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties shall not be liable for any member(s) speeding and or committing any unlawful acts for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to) DUI/DWI, reckless homicide driving conduct, felony offense, leaving the scene of an accident, perjury, drag racing, auto theft, aggravated fleeing the police, running a red light(s) and vehicular manslaughter.



NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
You may cancel your JNC membership at anytime during the agreement. You may cancel this agreement, without any penalty of obligation, within three business days from the beginning date of service. If you cancel your subscription within 3 business days, we will refund the full amount of your subscription. In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you have made for your subscription which is allocated to the period after your death. In the event that you become disabled (that you are unable to use the services of JNC) before the end of your agreements period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated written statement of "notice to cancel membership" or words of similar effect to JNC at the address stated not later than midnight, three business days after transaction. This notice shall be sent to JNC Attn.: Cancellation, 7223 S. Route 83, Suite 313 Willowbrook, IL 60527.

MEMBERS OF JNC 

Members represent, warrants and agrees that he, she or it subscribes to JNC services and acknowledges that legal fees for attorneys are not eligible for payment under this program. Further, maximum payment for an individual ticket may not exceed $250. It shall be the policy of JNC to accept applications for membership from any person(s) of good character with regard to race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Member(s) acknowledge that if a JNC member(s) decides to pay their traffic fine without JNC assistance, the member(s) shall not be reimbursed. It is the policy of JNC that members will receive a reminder letter for renewal approximately 45 days prior to their membership expiration date.  

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
The undersigned hereby authorizes JNC to either, depending on the method chosen herein, automatically charge the designated credit/debit card or draft from the designated checking/savings account, on a monthly basis, the amount due for monthly fee. The automatic payment in the manner selected herein, will begin on the first day of the member(s) service start date. Failure to make payment 30 days after the designated monthly due date will result in the account being classified as delinquent. The undersigned agrees that he or she will forfeit JNC service (non fine payment); that he or she will be responsible for all collection costs, including any attorney and/or other collection fees. 

CANCELLATION
In the event of the following (event of cancellation) (1) Suspended driver license, (2) the failure by member to make payment of any sum due to JNC, (3) attempt to falsify a claim payment, (4) the impersonation of another member with fraudulent intent in connection with a member utilization of JNC services, JNC may either temporarily suspend services or terminate this agreement. If JNC terminates your membership because you have breached this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. If JNC terminates this Agreement for an event of cancellation or if a member elects to terminate this Agreement before the expiration of the stated term, Member(s) shall pay JNC the remaining balance on said person(s) account. JNC Member(s) hereby acknowledge that such termination fee does not represent a penalty and shall be JNC sole remedy with respect to JNC loss of anticipated revenue from services rendered. 

USE BY THIRD PARTIES

Services performed by JNC pursuant to this agreement are only for the purpose intended and may be misleading if used in another context. JNC account holder(s) agree not to use any documents under this agreement for anything other than the intended purpose without the company written permission. This agreement shall, therefore, not create any rights or benefits to parties other than to membership account holders and the company.
