Your Quick Start Guide to use your Membership

1. Your Ticket To Payment - JNC Advantage 

When you receive a speeding ticket, log into your account. Locate the "submit your ticket" and "select files" buttons while logged into your profile. Once complete, take a clear picture of the ticket you were issued and click the "select file" button to locate the picture on your device. Once you are done, click the "submit button" to send your ticket to us for processing and payment. Prior to sending a photo of a ticket, please look for this important information on your citation and make sure it is included in the photo. 

 

  • Ticket Number
  • Officer Name & Badge Number
  • Your Signature (Membership Account Holder)

 

That's it, you are done. The rest is up to our specialist who will immediately go to work to validate your ticket and jumpstart the process to expedite payment on your behalf. 

 

 

 

2. Consider and follow these "Helpful Hints" - JNC Assistance Solutions

 

 

  • Pull your car over as soon as possible.
  • Roll down your window for the officer.
  • Remain in your car.
  • Turn off your vehicle. 
  • Turn your radio all the way down.
  • Keep your hands where the officer can see them at all times, preferably on the steering wheel at 10 and 2. 
  • Have your driver license out and accessible before the officer arrives to your car window. (preferably on your dash board visibly for the officer)
  • Keep your registration accessible in your car, if possible place it on your dash as well before the officer arrives to your car window. 
  • Remain calm, be polite and stay cool.
  • Politely speak to the office and follow up respectfully as well as professionally. 
  • Ask questions accordingly as needed regarding the infraction violated. 

 

 

  • Don't pull over in a dangerous area.
  • Don't hand over your wallet.
  • Don't say "you can't write me a ticket because you haven't done anything wrong" or disrespect an officer with verbal insults. 
  • Don't share your record, for example "you have too many and this will push you over the limit".
  • Don't Tell the officer "you're going to take it to court"
  • Don't threaten an officer.
  • Don't refuse to sign the ticket.
  • Don't argue with any officers.
