What is JNC plan?

It is a plan that covers the most common traffic fine, exceeding the speed limit and seat belt infractions. Including the cost to attend driver's school.

When does my plan begins?
Your membership will be active after 72 hours after you purchase and register your membership. Your membership welcome packet will be immediately emailed to you once you complete your memership purchase.

How long is my plan? 
Monthly. 

What areas do JNC cover?
Anywhere in the United States.

How long will it take for JNC to pay my fine?

After we receive and validate a citation, we disburse payment immediately.

Can I use my JNC plan for a non-member?
No. JNC citation assistance are for registered members only. If you attempt to falsify or allow a non-member to use your plan, we reserve the right to terminate your plan.

Do I have to go to court in order to have my fine paid?
No. However, if your ticket is marked "Court Appearance is Required". Then you must by law attend court. If you decide to fight your ticket and is found guilty, JNC will pay your fine with additional documents from your court proceedings.

What if I'm driving someone else's car?
No problem. If you're driving another individual car with the permission from the owner, your plan covers you. Auto theft is not covered.

Am I covered while driving a motorcycle?
No. JNC service does not cover members while driving a motorcycle. See additional Terms and Condititions. 

How will I know my fine has been paid?
Your receipt will be mailed to you. Additionally, JNC will send a payment notification to you for your records.

How much does JNC service cost?
